WWE is expected to hold another premium live event in Italy in 2027, according to WrestleVotes.
Italy hosted a WWE PLE for the first time on May 31, 2026, when Clash in Italy was held at the Inalpi Arena in Turin. At the time, WWE was on a European tour, stopping in several countries.
It makes sense that WWE would want to return to the country. After all, the first PLE there drew 12,614 fans.
Clash in Italy had five matches, which were Cody Rhodes vs. GUNTHER, Rhea Ripley vs. Jade Cargill, Brock Lesnar vs. Oba Femi, Sol Ruca vs. Becky Lynch, and Roman Reigns vs. Jacob Fatu in a Tribal Combat match.
As a reminder, Turin hosted the post-PLE Raw, which took place on June 1 and also drew a full house.
In addition to Clash in Italy and Raw in Turin, WWE held an episode of SmackDown in Bologna on June 5, which indicates that WWE is clearly expanding in the country.
