AJ Lee is not expected to return to WWE programming imminently.
According to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, the former Women’s Intercontinental Champion is not part of the company’s current creative plans, and there is no concrete timetable for her to return to TV in the coming weeks.
That does not mean AJ is definitively done with WWE. The report only indicates that, as of now, there is no planned return, leaving the door open for another appearance in the future.
AJ Lee has been off WWE programming since WrestleMania 42, where she lost the Women’s Intercontinental Championship to Becky Lynch, ending her most recent run with the company.

After the loss at the Showcase of the Immortals, AJ indicated that she did not view the moment as a definitive farewell, though she also made it clear that she did not know when she would appear in WWE again.
She returned to the company in September 2025 after a decade away from the ring and was quickly placed into a major rivalry with Becky Lynch.
For now, AJ is expected to remain off WWE’s weekly shows, at least until the company finds a new creative direction for her.
