Jade Cargill is back on Friday Night SmackDown. The powerhouse made her return on this week’s show, held at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida, making it clear that her rivalry with Rhea Ripley is far from over.
The return went down during a Six-Woman Tag Team Match pitting Rhea Ripley, Charlotte Flair, and Alexa Bliss against Fatal Influence — the trio of Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley, and Lainey Reid. WWE had previously announced the match as an effort to slow the faction’s momentum on SmackDown.
At the critical moment, Cargill showed up and created a distraction on the apron, opening the door for Jayne to connect with a rolling elbow on Alexa Bliss and pick up the pinfall victory for Fatal Influence.

After the match, Cargill cornered Bliss in the ring and taunted her, while Charlotte Flair rushed in for the save. However, B-Fab and Michin stepped in to cut off the Queen’s comeback. Ripley managed to slide back into the ring and go after her rivals, but was ultimately laid out by a vicious pump kick from Cargill.
It’s worth noting that Cargill dropped the WWE Women’s Championship to Ripley at WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas. The Storm’s reign had begun back in November 2025, when she defeated Tiffany Stratton for the title.
With this development, WWE appears to be setting the stage for Cargill to continue her pursuit of Ripley, once again flanked by B-Fab and Michin.
