TKO announced last Monday a multi-year partnership with the Arizona Sports & Events Alliance to hold seven major events in the state of Arizona over the next three years.

The deal includes shows from WWE, UFC, PBR, and Zuffa Boxing, TKO’s new boxing promotion. Dates, specific venues, and ticket information will be announced at a later time. Peter Dropick, Executive Vice President of Event Development and Operations for TKO, had the following to say about the partnership.

“We’re excited to build this long-term partnership with the Arizona Sports & Events Alliance to bring some of our biggest events to the state. We look forward to creating unforgettable moments for fans across the region over the next three years,” said Peter Dropick, Executive Vice President, Event Development and Operations for TKO.

Jay Parry, President and CEO of the Arizona Sports & Events Alliance, also celebrated the deal.

“Arizona has proven time and again that we are built to host the biggest moments in sports and entertainment, and we are proud to join forces with TKO on this multi-year partnership. This partnership reflects the momentum and innovative spirit of our community, and the dedication to creating high-impact experiences that drive tourism, economic impact, and global visibility for our state.”

It’s worth remembering that Arizona already has a notable history with WWE. In 2019, the state hosted the Royal Rumble at Chase Field in Phoenix, drawing over 48,000 fans to the event.

The partnership follows the same model TKO has been adopting across different markets in the United States. The company has already signed similar deals with the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, securing at least four UFC events and two WWE events per year through 2030.

On top of that, a deal with the Utah Sports Commission locked in events at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City. In April 2025, TKO held what was called the TKO Takeover in Kansas City, bringing PBR, UFC, and WWE together on the same weekend for the first time.
