Add as a preferred source on Google WWE has announced Charlotte Flair vs. Jade Cargill for the August 7 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, the first show after SummerSlam. The show emanates from Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The match was made official after Friday’s go-home show in Green Bay, Wisconsin. During Michin and B-Fab’s win over Tiffany Stratton and Chelsea Green, Cargill jumped Stratton from behind. After the match, Flair hit the ring and went after Cargill, Michin, and B-Fab, with Stratton and Green joining the brawl.
In a digital exclusive posted after the show, Flair went to Adam Pearce and asked for a match with The Storm next week. Flair then reacted to the announcement on her X account.

Before the singles match, Flair and Cargill are both in the Ladder Match for the Interim WWE Women’s Championship this Saturday at SummerSlam. Tiffany Stratton, Chelsea Green, and Lash Legend round out the field.
