WWE could return to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to host one of its major Premium Live Events — this time in a Major League Baseball stadium.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, the company is looking at American Family Field, home of the Milwaukee Brewers, as a possible site for a major event in the fall of this year or in 2027. Talks with stadium officials are ongoing, but no deal has been finalized at this time.

American Family Field opened in 2001 and features a retractable roof, with a capacity of approximately 42,000 fans in its traditional configuration. The venue has previously hosted major concerts and other sporting events outside of baseball.

The interest in bringing WWE to the stadium isn’t new. In 2024, officials from Milwaukee and the state of Wisconsin met with company representatives during WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia to pitch a proposal for the Royal Rumble. At the time, holding the event depended on the stadium completing the process of preparing to host attractions during the winter.

While no specific event was named in the new report, Survivor Series stands out as the most likely possibility, since it’s traditionally held in November. The 2026 edition will be the 40th in the event’s history and has yet to have an official date or city announced.

WWE had recently been exploring the possibility of taking this year’s Survivor Series outside of North America. However, those plans were scrapped. Boston also made a push to host the show, but negotiations fell through over financial terms. The official announcement is expected to come before SummerSlam.

Survivor Series 2025 took place at Petco Park in San Diego, marking the first time the event was held inside a stadium.
