WWE United Sattes Championship – Steel Cage Match: Trick Williams (c) vs. Baron Corbin
– Williams hits Corbin with a Uranage, followed by the pinfall.
Backstage, Nia Jax takes over Cathy Kelley’s interview as Lash Legend vows to win tonight, capture Money in the Bank, and bring a world title to The Irresistible Forces.
Nick Aldis asks CM Punk to join him in his office.
WWE announces WWE x AAA Worlds Collide will air September 30 on YouTube.
In his office, Aldis tells Punk and Kevin Owens to act professionally and stop causing chaos. Punk agrees, while Owens leaves without a word.
Nikki Bella confronts Chelsea Green and vows to take her title. Paige and Tiffany Stratton return to back Green up, prompting Nikki to leave.
Women’s Money in the Bank – Qualifying Match: Giulia vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Lash Legend
– Legend hits Giulia with a Lash Extension, followed by the pinfall.
Off-air footage from last week shows Cody Rhodes threatening to kick Randy Orton’s head in.
In footage from before tonight’s show, Orton demands that Michael Cole interview him, just as he did Rhodes.
Backstage, Blake Monroe mocks a hurting Giulia, who slaps Monroe to spark a brawl. Nick Aldis steps in and books a match between them for next week.
Backstage, Randy Orton tells Michael Cole that Cody Rhodes hides behind his hero image and needs to change. Orton says he has always done whatever it takes to win titles. Asked whether Rhodes will follow through on his threat to kick Orton in the head, Cole says no. Orton ends the interview.
Sami Zayn tells Cathy Kelley that Nick Aldis keeps trying to screw him over, but says he remains the only one doing things the right way. Finn Bálor interrupts and vows to take Zayn’s title, with or without the Money in the Bank briefcase. Johnny Gargano then asks about his promised title shot, and Zayn says Aldis refused it but gave Gargano and Candice LeRae Money in the Bank qualifiers instead. Zayn again asks if they have each other’s backs, and both say yes.
