WWE brought in more revenue than UFC over the first three months of 2026. The figure, which began making the rounds on social media, was confirmed in TKO Group Holdings’ financial report, with WWE generating $475.7 million for the quarter while UFC posted $401.2 million.
That figure refers to revenue, not each brand’s standalone net income. As a group, TKO closed the quarter with $1.597 billion in revenue, $249.8 million in net income, and $549.8 million in adjusted EBITDA.
WWE’s revenue was up 22% compared with the first quarter of 2025. The biggest jump came from live events and hospitality, which increased by $47.2 million, driven largely by the Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia. TKO also pointed to growth in media rights, boosted by its distribution deals with Netflix and ESPN.

UFC also grew during the quarter, just at a slower pace. The division rose 12%, led mainly by media rights tied to its new Paramount deal, which began in January 2026. Live events and hospitality, meanwhile, were down from the same period last year.
Even with WWE ahead in revenue, the operational gap was razor-thin. WWE finished with $256.1 million in adjusted EBITDA, compared with UFC’s $254.5 million. For 2026, TKO maintained its full-year revenue guidance of $5.675 billion to $5.775 billion.
