WWE WrestleMania 42 drew fewer than 100,000 fans to Allegiant Stadium across its two nights, according to new official figures released by the Las Vegas Stadium Authority.
The authority’s second-quarter 2026 report lists attendance of 47,093 for Night 1 on April 18 and 50,033 for Night 2 on April 19, for a combined total of 97,126.
That marks a significant drop from WrestleMania 41, which was held at the same venue. The Stadium Authority reported 58,538 on Saturday and 60,103 on Sunday in 2025, for a combined 118,641. The year-over-year decline comes out to 21,515 fans, roughly an 18% decrease.
The figures also fall well below WWE’s own reported numbers. After the event, the company announced a combined attendance of 106,072 across both nights, nearly 9,000 higher than the total now reflected in the Stadium Authority’s data.

As a result, the discrepancies don’t allow for a definitive conclusion about which methodology either side is using.
Despite the attendance decline, WrestleMania continued to deliver a massive tourism boost for Las Vegas. The report found that 81% of fans across both nights traveled from outside the city. On top of that, 96% of Saturday’s crowd and 97% of Sunday’s crowd said WrestleMania was the primary reason for their trip.
WWE also received $6 million from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority to bring the event back to the city, along with approximately $4.3 million in tax credits from the state of Nevada.
