Bayley is back on WWE programming.
She returned on Monday’s RAW at the Legacy Arena in Birmingham, Alabama, showing up during the Triple Threat qualifier for Money in the Bank between Sol Ruca, Lyra Valkyria and Maxxine Dupri.
Bayley attacked Valkyria during the match, costing her a chance to advance. Sol Ruca took advantage and picked up the win, earning a spot in the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
The return had been expected even before the show. Hours before RAW, PWInsider reported that Bayley was scheduled to come back this week after WWE discussed creative plans to bring her back on RAW.
Bayley’s return came amid months of uncertainty surrounding her contract. Fightful reported in July that her deal was expected to expire by the end of 2026, unless additional time was tacked on for injury.
At the time, WWE sources said Bayley had not signed a new deal, though the company was interested in keeping her.
In early September, PWInsider reported that the expectation within WWE was that Bayley would be staying. That report came alongside the creative plans for her return to RAW.
Bayley hadn’t been on WWE TV since the July 18 Saturday Night’s Main Event at Madison Square Garden in New York City. In that match, Valkyria defeated Bayley and continued the attack after the bell, hitting a Nightwing on the steel steps. The angle was used to write Bayley off television.
As of now, there has been no confirmation that Bayley has signed a new contract with WWE.
