Seth Rollins was not happy with the way Roman Reigns has talked about the World Heavyweight Championship since winning the title at WrestleMania 42.
Reigns defeated CM Punk in the main event of night two of the Showcase of the Immortals in Las Vegas, becoming world champion for the first time since his historic loss to Cody Rhodes in 2024.
Since then, the OTC has claimed that he made the title relevant again. During a recent interview with Prince St. Pizza, Rollins fired back at that statement.
“It’s very hard for me to feel anything other than disgust with that result. Now Roman Reigns is walking around with my title, talking about how he made the title relevant, which is a load of bullshit. I’ll just say it. It’s complete bullshit. He knows it, I know it, everybody knows it. He sounds like an idiot when he says that.”

Rollins’ frustration has an obvious explanation. He was the first champion of the new version of the World Heavyweight Championship in 2023, after defeating AJ Styles at Night of Champions, and helped establish the title as a centerpiece of Monday Night RAW.
Rollins has also turned his attention back to Reigns at this point, as he is confirmed for the King of the Ring tournament. His opening match will take place on the June 8 episode of RAW, where he will face Je’Von Evans, Talla Tonga and Ricky Saints in a Fatal 4-Way Match.
The winner of King of the Ring will receive a world title opportunity at SummerSlam. In other words, if Rollins advances in the tournament, a direct clash with Reigns could become one of WWE’s main stories in the coming months.
