Roman Reigns remains at the top of WWE. At Clash in Italy, held Sunday, May 31, at Inalpi Arena in Turin, Italy, The OTC defeated Jacob Fatu in a Tribal Combat Match to retain the World Heavyweight Championship.
The match was a direct rematch from Backlash, where Reigns had already defeated Fatu to keep the title. That night, however, “The Samoan Werewolf” attacked the champion after the match, extending the family rivalry that has taken over The Bloodline in recent weeks.
This time, with Tribal Combat rules in effect, Reigns and Fatu delivered an intense match built around major impact spots and stretches of dominance from both men.
In the end, Reigns needed two straight Spears to finally put Fatu away. The first sent the challenger through a table, while the second landed in the center of the ring, setting up the pinfall and allowing Reigns to retain the title.

After the match, Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso appeared for a symbolic moment. The brothers placed the Ula Fala around Reigns’ neck, following Tribal Combat tradition and reinforcing his position as Tribal Chief.
The moment did not end without tension. With Reigns and The Usos already outside the ring, Solo Sikoa, Talla Tonga and Tama Tonga appeared in the front row, simply watching everything unfold.
Fatu seemed unsure which side to choose, especially after weeks of conflict between both sides of the family. Even so, he ultimately followed Reigns, Jey and Jimmy, closing the show alongside the original Bloodline lineup.
