The Miz has faced wrestlers of nearly every size and style throughout his WWE career, but one specific move clearly left a mark on him.

During a recent interview with Robbie Fox, the former WWE Champion was asked which finisher hurt the most during all his years with the company. Before settling on a definitive answer, he mentioned any type of powerbomb, including Kevin Owens’ Pop-up Powerbomb.

“Man, any type of powerbomb. So anyone that does a power bomb where you’re up on their shoulders and they powerbomb, that’s always a bad one. (Kevin Owens’ pop-up powerbomb?) That one’s-Yeah, that one’s pretty rough. It’s not too bad. Maybe a chokeslam is pretty brutal. Because when I want to take a chokeslam, I’m going as high as I possibly can, and when you come back down, poof, your back feels it. Oh, Great Khali’s. Holy cow. Great Khali would have to be number one.”

Although he brought up Owens’ move, The Miz ultimately picked The Great Khali’s chokeslam as the most painful. Miz’s explanation was simple. When he has to sell a chokeslam, he tries to get as much height as possible, which makes the landing hurt even more.

Khali’s size also makes the move even more painful. The former World Heavyweight Champion stands 7-foot-1 and weighs 347 pounds. During his time with the company, he faced names such as The Undertaker, Kane, Big Show, John Cena, and Shawn Michaels.
