WWE RAW on Monday, Oct. 19, is expected to close with a big match between Penta and Bron Breakker in San Diego, California. According to Viper Reports, this is WWE’s current plan for the show’s main event.
The match between Penta and Breakker also closed RAW in March 2025. At the time, Breakker won by disqualification and retained the Intercontinental Championship following interference from The Judgment Day, which attacked both wrestlers.
As previously reported, Adam Pearce announced the match on Sunday. However, the plan for the main event was only revealed on Monday.
However, WWE also announced the return of Roman Reigns and a match between Joe Hendry and JD McDonagh. Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn are expected to come face-to-face during the show. Despite this, plans for the main event remain with Penta and Breakker.

Bron Breakker attacked Je’Von Evans on last week’s RAW during Penta’s celebration of his Money in the Bank win. Je’Von Evans congratulated Penta but ended up being hit by a Spear from Breakker.
Breakker was also involved in an incident in Hawaii last Saturday during a match that also featured Penta. Despite the scare, Breakker managed to continue wrestling.
Monday Night RAW will air live on Netflix starting at 8 p.m. ET from Pechanga Arena.
