Darby Allin gave everyone a big scare on Wednesday’s Blood & Guts edition of Dynamite at the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida.

Shortly after the Don Callis Family won the men’s Blood & Guts match, Wardlow, at Kyle Fletcher’s request, threw Allin off the top of the cage. He landed on a pile of tables on the floor.

On Wrestling Observer Radio, Bryan Alvarez said Allin is fine. For a moment, there was concern for one of his teeth after his own knee caught him in the face during a Michinoku Driver, but it turned out to be nothing.

Alvarez added that everyone in both Blood & Guts matches seems to be fine.

Back in 2025 in Greensboro, North Carolina, Alvarez also said Allin was fine despite being thrown through a table that was on fire. But Jamie Hayter suffered injuries to her face and teeth that night in the first-ever women’s Blood & Guts match. This year’s situation appears to be a more positive one.

This was the third Blood & Guts match of Allin’s career and the first one he lost. He was on the winning team against The Elite in 2024 and against the Death Riders in 2025.

Allin isn’t expected to have to take time off from AEW TV.
