Add as a preferred source on Google WWE has confirmed a major match for the next episode of Friday Night SmackDown, which will take place on Friday, June 12, at the Amica Mutual Pavilion in Providence, Rhode Island.
Sol Ruca, Lyra Valkyria, Charlotte Flair and Jade Cargill will face off in a Fatal 4-Way Match in the first round of the Queen of the Ring Tournament.
The show will air in the United States on USA Network at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT. The winner will advance in the tournament, with the final set for Night of Champions on June 27 at Kingdom Arena in Riyadh.
The Queen of the Ring winner will earn a title match at SummerSlam, which will be held on August 1 and 2 at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
The match will take place just days after Ruca won the Women’s Intercontinental Championship at Clash in Italy, where she defeated Becky Lynch to capture her first title on the main roster.
On the other side of the bracket, IYO SKY has already advanced after defeating Roxanne Perez, Giulia and Lash Legend, while Raquel Rodriguez beat Bayley, Jacy Jayne and Kiana James on this week’s SmackDown.
