WWE is reportedly working on an idea to bring Paul Heyman back to TV in a storyline separate from The Vision.

According to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, the idea would let Heyman take part in another storyline without cutting ties with the stable, especially with Bron Breakker.

WWE creative is reportedly eyeing a return relatively soon but is still developing the idea. The report did not say who would be involved in the new storyline or give a date for his return.

Heyman has been off TV since the October 12 episode of RAW, when he tried to court Oba Femi. He praised Femi and called him the future of the company, but Femi bluntly told him he didn’t want to be another Paul Heyman Guy.

Heyman’s relationship with The Vision was already going through a rough patch. In an interview with Rock And Pop FM earlier this month, Bronson Reed said he found Heyman’s approach to the group odd.

“He’s been a little hot and cold with The Vision, and that’s not what I’m used to.”

WrestleVotes had already reported in July that WWE planned to keep Heyman and Breakker together regardless of the stable’s future.

As previously reported, Heyman got a mysterious phone call in September after Reed attacked Femi at Sunday Night’s Main Event. The caller’s identity wasn’t revealed.

Breakker remains busy on WWE TV. He and Austin Theory will defend the World Tag Team Championship against Penta and Je’Von Evans at Crown Jewel on November 7.
