Zilla Fatu could be The Bloodline’s fifth man in the WarGames match at WWE Survivor Series.
Jonathan Coachman argued that WWE should call Zilla up from NXT to the main roster and put him alongside Roman Reigns in the match against The 946.
In a video posted on X, Coachman said the company should take the opportunity to develop Zilla on the main roster. He believes Zilla can learn alongside Reigns, The Usos, and Solo Sikoa without having to spend more time in NXT.
Coachman added that WWE should let Zilla “learn on the fly” and show everyone that it could have “absolute magic” once it lets him loose, as it did with Sikoa.
Coachman also compared Zilla to Randy Orton in the early days of Evolution. He said Orton made mistakes when he was younger but was able to improve by working with Triple H, Ric Flair, and Batista.
In Coachman’s view, Zilla has similar qualities and shouldn’t stay in NXT just to check boxes before getting a push on the main roster.
The pitch is tied to Jacob Fatu’s absence. Jacob has not been on TV since Jaida Parker attacked him on the September 28 episode of Raw. He would need to return to TV to be part of the WarGames match.
WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select recently reported that WWE is planning a five-on-five WarGames match. On the October 19 Raw, Reigns joined Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, and Sikoa in their feud with The 946.
The idea of Zilla joining his family on TV has been discussed before. As reported in August, WWE had plans to call him up to the main roster soon and put him alongside his cousins.
But Zilla is still involved in a feud in NXT. He returned on Tuesday’s NXT and attacked members of BirthRight during a Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic match. The attack helped El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. and Galeno pick up the win.
Survivor Series: WarGames is set for November 28 at Daikin Park in Zilla’s hometown of Houston, Texas.
