Brooke Hogan has once again criticized the sale of her father Hulk Hogan’s mansion in Clearwater Beach, Florida.

On Monday, Brooke posted a message on Instagram and accused people she didn’t name of using her father’s memory for financial gain.

Brooke talked about the sentimental value of the property, where she spent part of her life with her father. She also recalled being at Hogan’s side as he recovered from his surgeries and lamented that the home was sold after his death in July 2025.

“The sick feeling is indescribable,” Brooke said. “This house was where dad and Jen envisioned growing old together. Where we brought him back to…surgery after surgery. Pool days. The smell of gasoline in his garage. His workouts downstairs.”

Brooke also shared memories of the time she spent with her father inside the home, especially in the garage.

“We cooked, we watched Jerry Springer, we played music, we cried,” Brooke said. “I walked in that garage every visit and hugged him right when he’d open the garage door. I’d sit next to him for hours in the chair he died in.”

Brooke then turned to the people who were part of Hogan’s life and to her own estrangement from the family.

She brought up her father’s whole environment, his energy, his work, and his relationships. “First Jen-who no one but me treated with respect,” Brooke said. “Then I was gone…the truth teller… I’m sure to everyone’s delight.”

“And now it’s all gone,” Brooke said. “Sold for profit. Just like him…used for fucking everyone else’s gain. Saddest ending I’ve ever seen. You know who TF you are.” She ended the message with three middle-finger emojis.

The mansion sold for $5.9 million after it was originally listed for $10.989 million in January. Hogan bought the property in 2012 for about $3.3 million.

The deal also included the $2.8 million sale of a neighboring property used as a guest house. The two sales totaled $8.7 million.

According to real estate records posted by Realtor.com, the mansion’s asking price was lowered three times in 2026. In September, the property was listed at $6.9 million.

The Jen in Brooke’s message is Jennifer McDaniel, who was married to Hogan from 2010 to 2021. The properties were at one point registered to a company tied to the couple.

Brooke had already criticized the sale in an earlier post on Saturday. In that post, she said some people inherit material things, while others would rather hold on to memories, and she added that she would have kept the mansion forever.

The issue also ties into Brooke’s relationship with her father’s estate. She asked to be removed from his will in 2023 and later said she regretted it because it cost her a say in decisions about Hogan’s legacy.
