Chris Jericho Names AEW Talent He Wants To Work With Before Retiring

Chris Jericho continues to eye new directions for the final stretch of his AEW run, including some unexpected alliances with wrestlers he’s recently been feuding with.

Speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Jericho named several talents he’d like to work with going forward, whether as opponents or tag team partners. Kevin Knight, Ricochet, Tommaso Ciampa, Jack Perry, Mark Davis, Kyle Fletcher, and The Rascalz all made the list.

“Kevin Knight, I would love to do more with him. I’d love to be a tag team with Ricochet. I’d love to be a tag team with Ciampa. I mean, I could do something with Jack Perry. I could work with Mark Davis. I could work with Kyle Fletcher. I could work with The Rascalz. The Rascalz could be like my minions.”

The most notable names on that list are Ricochet and Ciampa, both of whom have been among Jericho’s top rivals since his return to AEW programming this year.

Jericho beat Ricochet on the May 27 Dynamite after already losing twice to The Demand’s leader. Shortly after that bout, Ciampa showed up and attacked Jericho, kicking off a violent feud.

Ciampa won the first singles match between them at Beach Break on July 8. Jericho got his revenge at Redemption on July 26, defeating the Psycho Killer in a No Holds Barred Match.

Beyond the names in that quote, Jericho also said he’d like to face Hechicero and Andrade.
