Joe Hendry has turned his arrival on Monday Night RAW into an even bigger project within WWE. After going viral with his songs aimed at Logan Paul, the Scottish star revealed that he recorded a full album with WWE Music.
During a recent interview on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, Hendry said the album will be released later this summer. According to him, much of the material was recorded in New York at WWE Studios, before he recreated the company’s microphone setup at home.
Hendry said the idea is to make it easier to create quick, timely songs, as he did with “Can We Fire Logan Paul?”, which was performed on Raw and later officially released by WWE as a video.
Hendry also confirmed that every song on the project will be original, but he did not reveal whether fans have already heard any of them on WWE’s weekly programming.
Hendry was recently moved to Monday Night RAW after a brief run in NXT, and he has already been placed directly into a rivalry with Logan Paul and The Vision.
It remains to be seen whether the album will be treated simply as a music release or whether WWE will use the tracks as a direct part of Hendry’s upcoming storylines on the red brand.
