Lola Vice officially joined the WWE RAW roster Monday, with General Manager Adam Pearce overseeing a contract signing on the show.
Vice thanked Pearce for the opportunity and talked about her journey, pointing to her mother’s influence and crediting her father with introducing her to martial arts. She said she came to Raw to win a world title.
Roxanne Perez interrupted the segment, fresh off earning a spot in the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match by defeating IYO SKY and La Catalina. Perez got in Vice’s face and told her she was a level below, setting off a verbal confrontation.
Things got physical. Vice went for her signature spinning backfist, but Perez dodged the shot, prompting Pearce to step in and separate them before the situation escalated.
Vice debuted on Raw last week in Mexico City, defeating Raquel Rodriguez and NXT Women’s Champion Kelani Jordan in a triple threat match to earn her Money in the Bank spot.
Before her call-up, Vice had a standout run in NXT. She won the NXT Women’s Championship at Stand & Deliver in April and held the title for 85 days before losing it to Kendal Grey at The Great American Bash.
