Stephanie Vaquer made it clear on Monday’s WWE RAW at the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas, that she is ready to defend the Women’s World Championship against all comers.
The segment began when the Judgment Day came to the ring and Liv Morgan again demanded a title rematch. The former champion said Vaquer could not run from her forever and blamed Becky Lynch for her championship loss.
Lynch then appeared in the crowd and made her own case for a Women’s World Championship match, saying she should be first in line.
Vaquer interrupted both from the entrance ramp with a promo of her own. The champion pushed back on Morgan, insisting she won the title on her own merit, before agreeing to grant her a rematch.
The champion did not stop at Morgan. Vaquer also agreed to defend against Lynch and said she would speak with Adam Pearce about the situation. The segment opened the door for a possible Triple Threat Match between the three, though no such match had been officially announced as of this writing.
The three-way rivalry escalated on September 12, when Vaquer defeated Morgan in Santiago, Chile, to capture the Women’s World Championship for the second time. Lynch served as the special guest referee and played a direct role in the finish after a confrontation with Morgan.
Days earlier, on the September 7 episode of Raw, Morgan had defeated Vaquer in another title match after interference from Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez. Lynch appeared that night in an effort to counter the Judgment Day.
