Ludwig Kaiser will be able to continue fulfilling his WWE and AAA commitments while facing a battery case in Florida.
A new Orange County court filing shows that Judge Andrew Cameron granted a motion from Marcel Barthel’s defense team, allowing him to travel throughout the United States and internationally while the case is pending.
The ruling was expected, as prosecutors had not objected to the request, as previously reported.
Despite being cleared to travel, Kaiser must appear in person for all future court dates. All other conditions of his bond also remain in place, including a no-contact order involving the alleged victim.
Kaiser was arrested on May 20 in Orlando on a warrant tied to an April incident at a residential building near Lake Eola. According to police documents, the wrestler is accused of attacking a resident after an argument inside an elevator. He posted $1,000 bond and pleaded not guilty.

The travel clearance is notable because Kaiser is currently working as El Grande Americano and is involved in one of the biggest matches of the current WWE-AAA partnership. On Saturday, May 30, he is scheduled to face the “Original” El Grande Americano, the character played by Chad Gable, in a Mask vs. Mask Match at AAA Noche de Los Grandes at Arena Monterrey.
