Roman Reigns is set to have a very busy 2026 in WWE, with a significantly larger appearance schedule compared to 2024 and 2025.

As we previously reported on Wrestling Noticias, Reigns is confirmed for Backlash, the WWE’s next premium live event, which will take place on May 9 in Tampa, Florida. His opponent is expected to be Jacob Fatu.

However, the company has also already announced the participation of the current World Heavyweight Champion at Night of Champions, the company’s next event in Saudi Arabia, which will be held on June 27 in the city of Riyadh.

The confirmation came with the official promotional poster for the premium live event, which features not only Reigns but also Cody Rhodes, Rhea Ripley, Liv Morgan, Becky Lynch, Oba Femi, and Trick Williams.

It is important to note that Reigns defeated CM Punk in the main event of WrestleMania 42 Night 2, winning the World Heavyweight Championship for the first time in his career.

The original plans, however, did not call for a Reigns victory at the Showcase of the Immortals, but rather for then-champion Punk to retain the title. Everything changed after a series of last-minute changes caused by several interferences from TKO.
