Moose Announces Big Open Challenge for TNA Bound for Glory

Moose has confirmed he will be in action at TNA Bound for Glory, set for Sunday, October 11, at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida.

In a video that aired on Thursday’s TNA Impact, Moose issued an open challenge for Bound for Glory. Any wrestler can answer it, so his opponent is unknown.

The announcement comes at a key point in Moose’s career, less than a month after he came close to leaving TNA. On the September 17 episode of Impact, he defeated Frankie Kazarian in a match with his TNA career on the line.

Their feud began months earlier and escalated at Lockdown on August 23, when Kazarian beat Moose in an Escape the Cage match. After avenging that loss and saving his TNA career, Moose picked up another win on the October 1 episode, this time over AJ Francis.

Bound for Glory has a special place in Moose’s career. At the 2021 event, he won the Call Your Shot Gauntlet, a Bound for Glory staple, earning a title shot against any champion in the company.

Moose cashed in the title shot that same night, moments after Josh Alexander beat Christian Cage for the Impact World Championship.

This year’s card also includes the Call Your Shot Gauntlet, but Moose is not part of the match.

Along with Moose’s open challenge, Bound for Glory will feature Nic Nemeth defending the TNA World Championship against Leon Slater. The Hardys will take on Syx in a Falls Count Anywhere match, and more matches are set for the show.
