More Former Wyatt Sicks Members Could Debut at TNA Bound for Glory

TNA’s biggest show of the year could feature a new face. PWInsider reports that the promotion expects a former tag team champion to debut at Bound for Glory, which is set for October 11 at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida.

The report did not identify the wrestler, however, or even say which promotion he won tag team gold in, so any direct link to WWE is nothing more than speculation.

Still, the report stands out given the recent arrival of syX, the team of Joseph Sawyer and Samuel Shaw. Formerly known in WWE as Joe Gacy and Dexter Lumis, the two signed with TNA in September and quickly began a feud with The Hardys.

Matt and Jeff Hardy are set to face syX at Bound for Glory in a No Disqualification – Falls Count Anywhere match. Sawyer and Shaw were part of The Wyatt Sicks alongside Bo Dallas, Erick Rowan and Nikki Cross until the entire group left WWE in April.

The possibility of another reunion has gained even more traction in recent days. Matt Hardy said he does not believe the name syX was chosen with only two members in mind. He was responding to a question specifically about whether Bo Dallas could turn up in TNA. The promotion was interested in signing several former members of The Wyatt Sicks before Sawyer and Shaw debuted.

Both Dallas and Rowan are former WWE Tag Team Champions. Dallas and Curtis Axel won the RAW Tag Team Championship from Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt in 2018, and Rowan won the SmackDown Tag Team Championship with Harper.
