Omos may be getting closer to expanding his partnership with Dominik Mysterio from AAA into WWE. The two already work together in AAA’s El Ojo faction alongside Dorian Roldán, and Omos said on Busted Open that he is open to joining The Judgment Day.
Asked whether Mysterio had reached out to formally invite him into the group, Omos said that hasn’t happened — but made clear he would be willing to hear an offer.
“No, he hasn’t. But my services are available for the right price. [I’m] ready to go be at his side and help him conquer the world. People forget he’s one of the hottest heels in the business, if not the hottest heel in the business in Dominik Mysterio. So, whenever he’s ready, he knows how to buzz me.”
The talk of a crossover is hardly coming out of nowhere. Mysterio joined Omos and Roldán in El Ojo in AAA, and the alliance was front and center at TripleMania 34. During Dominik’s defense of the AAA Mega Championship against El Grande Americano, Omos, JD McDonagh, and Liv Morgan all interfered on behalf of the then-champion, though Americano still came away with the victory and the title.
Omos played a prominent role across the two-night event. On Night 1, he defeated Rey Mysterio and earned reinstatement to the AAA roster.
Raquel Rodriguez has also voiced support for the idea, previously naming Omos as someone she would like to see in The Judgment Day and calling him a strong addition to the group.
The partnership carries forward at Worlds Collide on September 26 at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois, where Omos will team with Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh against CM Punk, Rey Mysterio, and El Grande Americano.
