Roman Reigns is in the middle of an unusually busy stretch by his recent WWE standards. The current World Heavyweight Champion is now advertised for his sixth consecutive Monday Night RAW appearance, a run that began on the final show before WrestleMania 42, on April 13, when he had a heated exchange with CM Punk.
Reigns then appeared on the post-WrestleMania RAW on April 20, this time as the new world champion after defeating Punk in the main event of Night Two of the Showcase of Immortals. During that segment, he reunited Jimmy and Jey Uso, but was interrupted by Jacob Fatu.
The feud with Fatu has been the main reason behind Reigns’ steady presence on RAW. On April 27, Reigns accepted the Backlash challenge after being attacked by The Samoan Werewolf. One week later, on May 4, Fatu got the better of him again, hitting a Tongan Death Grip and putting The OTC through a table.

Even after defending the title at Backlash, Reigns continued appearing on RAW. On May 11, an acknowledgement ceremony broke down into chaos, with Fatu destroying Reigns and The Usos. For this Monday’s episode on May 18, WWE itself promoted the champion’s response to the attack from the previous week.
WWE also has Reigns listed for more major dates, including the June 1 RAW in Turin, Italy. In other words, The OTC’s reduced schedule appears to be behind him, at least for now.
