Roman Reigns has big ambitions for his career in Hollywood.
After playing Akuma in Street Fighter, which arrived in theaters on Friday, he revealed that he would like to take part in future productions of the Jurassic Park and Marvel franchises.
The interest comes at a time when WWE itself is showing support for Reigns’ film projects.
In an interview with The New York Times, Nick Khan said that both Reigns and Cody Rhodes have earned the right to take part in outside productions with the company’s backing.
In addition to his desire to act in Marvel and Jurassic Park productions, Reigns already revealed other interests during his recent appearance on the Club Shay Shay podcast. He cited Aegon’s Conquest, a project set in the universe of Game of Thrones, as a production he would like to be part of.
“That would be really cool to be a part of a big story just with such a fan base.”
Reigns also explained that he looks for characters capable of leading big action stories. His goal is to land more prominent roles and establish himself as someone the big studios can trust.
