Add as a preferred source on Google Although Sol Ruca wrestled Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan on the WWE RAW after WrestleMania 42, her official main roster debut didn’t happen until tonight in Omaha, Nebraska. Two weeks ago she didn’t beat Morgan only because Zaria interfered, and later that same week Zaria beat Ruca in her NXT farewell.
Tonight Adam Pearce called Ruca to the ring to officially sign with the red brand. Before she could sign, Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch interrupted and headed to the ring. Lynch ignored Ruca, walked straight to Pearce and demanded her celebration party for beating AJ Lee at the Showcase of Immortals.
Ruca called her out for the interruption and the two started arguing while Ruca finally put pen to the contract. Lynch tried to punch Ruca in the distraction, but Ruca ducked and the shot landed on Pearce instead.

Pearce was angry about the punch and even with Lynch’s apologies he promised to take action against the champion. Ruca capitalized on Lynch’s distraction and hit her with a Sol Snatcher to end the segment.
With how it played out, Ruca is expected to be Lynch’s next challenger for the title. Whether that happens at Backlash or after the premium live event is still to be determined.
