The Butcher (Andy Williams) collapsed at the end of his match at Enjoy Wrestling’s Five Years show on Saturday night.
The promotion said its doctors on staff performed CPR on Williams until an ambulance arrived.
The September 5 show marked Enjoy’s fifth anniversary and took place at Mr. Smalls Theatre in Millvale, Pennsylvania. Butcher teamed with his longtime partner The Blade on the card.
Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp confirmed, based on information from fans, that Williams went down and needed medical attention. Enjoy Wrestling later posted a statement on X.
“Andy collapsed at the end of his match this evening. Our doctors on staff tended to him immediately, administering CPR until the ambulance arrived. We sent everyone home and are at the hospital now waiting for more information. Thanks to everyone who helped and has reached out.”
