The Undertaker has faced some of the biggest names in pro-wrestling history, but one of his most difficult moments in WWE came against his own jacket.

Speaking on Six Feet Under, the WWE Hall of Famer recalled the famous segment from RAW 1000, on July 23, 2012, when he showed up to save Kane from an attack by Jinder Mahal, Tyler Reks, Curt Hawkins, Hunico, Camacho, and Drew McIntyre.

The jacket in question had been made for WrestleMania 28 and worked perfectly at the event. On RAW, however, the piece folded up as it was pulled off his shoulders and got caught on the MMA gloves Undertaker was wearing, creating a moment of panic during the live broadcast.

According to the Deadman himself, the more he tried to get free, the more tangled he got. Kane, who was in the ring, noticed his partner’s desperation but could only react by saying “oh, sh*t,” before bursting out laughing while recalling the moment years later.

WWE’s production team had to cut to crowd shots and the wrestlers around the ring while Undertaker tried to escape the gear. A referee ended up helping the Phenom get rid of the jacket, allowing the segment to continue as planned.

In the end, Undertaker and Kane cleared the ring and capped off the Brothers of Destruction’s return with a double chokeslam and a double Tombstone, drawing chants from the crowd in St. Louis.
