TNA Wrestling could be facing one of the most important moments in its recent history, though a sale does not appear to be close.
According to Blake Avignon, Len Asper, an Anthem Sports & Entertainment executive, has reportedly set a $30 million floor for any potential talks involving the company. Anthem’s preferred price, however, is said to be between $40 million and $50 million.
The figure stands out mainly because of the jump from what had been discussed behind the scenes a little over two years ago. In 2024, a group led by Scott D’Amore attempted to buy TNA for roughly $10 million while also taking on the company’s debt. Anthem rejected the offer without making a counteroffer.
The main factor behind the new valuation would be the television deal with AMC, which gave TNA iMPACT! a fixed Thursday night slot in the United States, along with streaming on AMC+. That contract guarantees current and future revenue, significantly increasing the company’s perceived value.

Selon Blake Avignon, Len Asper, dirigeant d’Anthem, aurait fixé un prix plancher de 30 millions de dollars pour une éventuelle vente de TNA Wrestling, avec une préférence entre 40 et 50 millions.

The situation, however, is not that simple. AMC reportedly has a right of first refusal on TNA’s future media rights, which could complicate any talks with a potential buyer looking to fully control the distribution of the product.
The topic comes at a time of internal changes. TNA recently confirmed a workforce reduction, with Tommy Dreamer and Tessa Blanchard leaving the company, along with other names affected behind the scenes.
It remains unclear whether Anthem will actually open formal talks to sell TNA. For now, there is a price being floated behind the scenes and a market watching to see how high that number could go.
