WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H praised LA Knight on the Money in the Bank Post-Show after Knight came up short against Roman Reigns in their World Heavyweight Championship match.
Triple H discussed Knight’s performance in an interview with Cathy Kelley.
“LA Knight, to me, left this match greater than he went in. He proved that he is a megastar. He proved that he belongs in that title scene. He proved that he is a top attraction in this business.”
Triple H also weighed in on Reigns.
“Roman Reigns proved there is only one Roman Reigns.”
Reigns also praised Knight in an interview with Cathy Kelley on the post-show.
“He runs his mouth, but he came in there and he backed it up, but he just ran into a better competitor today.”
Knight has yet to win a world title in WWE. He also lost to Reigns at Crown Jewel 2023 with the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship on the line.
Money in the Bank was held Saturday, October 10, at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans.
