Triple H heaped praise on Roman Reigns shortly after Reigns defeated Sami Zayn to win the WWE Men’s Crown Jewel Championship on Saturday. Their match was the main event of Crown Jewel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
On X, Triple H asked everyone to acknowledge Reigns.
“The OTC,” Triple H wrote. “The World Heavyweight Champion. And now… The WWE Crown Jewel Champion. Acknowledge him.”
Triple H shared a photo of himself next to Reigns, who was holding his titles.
Reigns and Zayn went just over 24 minutes. Eventually, Reigns hit two consecutive Spears for the win.
After the match, Triple H came to the ring to present Reigns with the title, but Zayn interrupted him. Zayn offered a handshake and demanded respect from Reigns, who refused to shake his hand but hugged him moments later. Triple H then handed the title belt, the ring, and the Ula Fala to Reigns, who took the mic to close the show and asked Saudi Arabia to acknowledge him.
With the win, Reigns became the third wrestler to win the Men’s Crown Jewel Championship. Cody Rhodes was the first to win it in 2024, and Seth Rollins won the title in 2025 at Crown Jewel in Perth.
