The odds have Roman Reigns, Chelsea Green, and Cody Rhodes as the favorites heading into Saturday’s Crown Jewel in Riyadh.

But this show has taught fans to be careful. In 2024, both Crown Jewel Championship favorites lost, including Gunther, who was at -400. WWE would only need to look back to have all three lose this time.

1 – Sami Zayn Beats Roman Reigns, and Jacob Fatu Responds

Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez picked Zayn, and there is a way to get there. At Crown Jewel 2025, Reigns lost to Bronson Reed after Jey Uso accidentally speared him. With The 946 in Jey’s spot, Reigns would lose without being beaten clean, and Zayn would win the same way he won his two titles in 2026, with a roll-up in the middle of the chaos.

On Raw, Zayn hit Reigns with the Helluva Kick immediately after The 946’s attack. The response at Crown Jewel would be Fatu, who has been out of action since Jaida Parker ran him over. PWInsider reported that he is part of the WarGames plans, which makes sense since The 946 has five men and The Bloodline has four.

2 – Tiffany Stratton Turns on Chelsea Green

Green is the favorite over Liv Morgan, but it’s the same setup as Crown Jewel 2024, with Morgan in a champion vs. champion match, Stratton holding the Money in the Bank briefcase, and The Judgment Day around. Stratton has been teasing a cash-in on Morgan recently, which looks like a swerve.

In January 2025, Stratton pretended to cash in, hit Naomi to help Nia Jax retain, and moments later attacked her partner and won the title. That playbook would give Morgan the Crown Jewel title, complete Stratton’s heel turn, and leave Green laid out for the cash-in. Back in 2024, it was Green who warned Jax.

3 – Randy Orton Wins the Last Man Standing Match

Rhodes is the favorite, but 2026 hasn’t gone his way. Since June, he has dropped the title to Zayn, lost to CM Punk at SummerSlam following an RKO from Orton, and lost to Orton in September with a low blow to both him and the referee.

Rhodes asked for the Last Man Standing stipulation, which allows cheating like that. WWE has set Rhodes up for December as the first participant in the John Cena Classic, and Orton interrupted that announcement. It’s the biggest risk of the three, and the one that makes the most sense given the year Rhodes has had.

If WWE goes with the obvious, Survivor Series on November 28 in Houston gets a Bloodline with four men and a Stratton who is tired of threatening to cash in.
