Vince Russo took aim at WWE again following this week’s Monday Night RAW, which took place at the Schottenstein Center in Columbus, Ohio, and aired in the United States on Netflix at 8 p.m. ET.

On his X account, the former WWE writer criticized even the highlight videos WWE posts on YouTube, saying that even the company’s eight-minute clips make him question who still cares about the product. Russo also urged fans to give JCW Lunacy a chance, a project he has been spotlighting frequently on social media.

The criticism came during another important week for WWE. RAW served as the go-home show for Clash in Italy and featured Roman Reigns and Jacob Fatu signing the contract for their Tribal Combat match for the World Heavyweight Championship, along with Penta defending the Intercontinental Championship against Je’Von Evans.

Russo had also previously gone after Triple H during an appearance on The 79th POZCAST. At the time, he said Paul Levesque should have lost his job instead of receiving a new deal, citing declining ratings, recent releases, and alleged issues with arena attendance.

That stance contrasts with WWE’s internal view. Nick Khan confirmed during an employee meeting that Levesque had signed a new multi-year deal and praised his work as head of creative. WWE itself lists Triple H as Chief Content Officer, overseeing creative, talent relations, live events, and development.

Whether Russo will continue criticizing from the outside remains to be seen, especially since he said in 2025 that he would stop watching RAW and SmackDown in January 2026.
