Haku is back. The WWE Hall of Famer turned up on Friday’s SmackDown and reunited with his sons, Tama Tonga and Talla Tonga.
Ahead of the Damian Priest and R-Truth vs. War Raiders match, WWE aired a video package in which the Tongas said they’d lost their way and were putting family first again. Haku then showed up and fired both men up, reminding them they’re his sons and that they need to make the rest of the roster fear them again.
In the match itself, for the WWE Tag Team Championship and the AAA World Tag Team Championship, Priest and R-Truth went at it with Erik and Ivar until referee Charles Robinson lost control of the match, which was ruled a No Contest.
Right after that, with both teams brawling, Tama and Talla hit the ring and laid out all four wrestlers. Talla chokeslammed R-Truth and Damian Priest while Tama took out Erik. Haku then walked out and stood between his sons, front and center.
Tama and Talla split from Solo Sikoa on the June 26 SmackDown. In the weeks since, Finn Balor beat both brothers in singles matches, leading to the change of direction on this week’s show.
Haku’s last WWE appearance came at the 2026 Hall of Fame, where he, Arn Anderson and The Warlord took part in Demolition’s induction.
