WWE Money in the Bank Could Feature Two Major Babyface Turns

Paul Heyman and Jacob Fatu may each undergo babyface turns at WWE Money in the Bank, according to WrestleTalk. The outlet presented potential directions for both characters at the October 10 premium live event, though it stressed that these are creative possibilities rather than confirmed WWE plans. Both Heyman and Fatu are currently at the center of Monday Night RAW’s top storylines.

Heyman’s relationship with Bron Breakker and The Vision has grown increasingly strained. In their most recent interaction, Heyman appeared frustrated even after Breakker and Bronson Reed laid out Oba Femi. With Breakker already qualified for the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match, one scenario involves Heyman finally splitting from The Vision and costing his former protégé the match, or even assisting Oba Femi if The Ruler is added to the ladder match.

On the other side, Fatu finds himself caught in the middle of The Bloodline’s war with 946, the faction made up of Royce Keys, Bronco Nima, and Lucien Price. The theory is that Fatu could be secretly working with the group to tear down Roman Reigns and his family from the inside. The storyline, however, has yet to offer clear evidence pointing in that direction.

Fatu was the one who took out Keys in a Street Fight on the August 3 episode of RAW and, more recently, urged Jimmy and Jey Uso to stay united in order to prevent 946 from taking out The Bloodline.

If Fatu turns on Reigns and helps LA Knight capture the World Heavyweight Championship at Money in the Bank, the crowd response could cement his babyface turn.
