Finn Bálor, CM Punk and Gunther will collide next week in a Men’s Money in the Bank Qualifying Match, WWE announced on Friday’s SmackDown (Sept. 18).
Next week’s show comes from Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana, with the winner punching a ticket to the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
Bron Breakker, Je’Von Evans and Trick Williams have already qualified, with Williams booking his spot earlier tonight by beating Randy Orton and Rey Fenix in a Triple Threat Match.
Bálor and Gunther, for their part, were already chasing a shot at Punk back when he held the Undisputed WWE Championship. The situation is different now, though, since Punk dropped the title to Sami Zayn on the September 11 SmackDown in Mexico City.
Money in the Bank is set for Saturday, October 10, at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans.
