WWE continues at full speed with its plans for WrestleMania 43 in Saudi Arabia, and now there is a new update on the main matches that the company’s creative team has in mind for the event.

According to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, WWE is now working with three major matches in mind. They are Roman Reigns vs. Oba Femi, Cody Rhodes vs. CM Punk and, lastly, Rhea Ripley against an opponent who reportedly has yet to be determined.

WWE hopes that Ripley will be fully recovered and available by then. The information is that WWE intends to give her a prominent role on the show.

Regarding the match between Reigns and Femi, this matchup has been suggested for quite some time. Femi, for example, has demanded a match against the current World Heavyweight Champion several times, saying the following on the Money in the Bank post-show.

“Tribal Chief. No more running. It’s about that time.”

Punk and Rhodes, meanwhile, last faced each other at SummerSlam on Aug. 1, when Punk retained the Undisputed WWE Championship due to interference from Randy Orton.
