Penta, Oba Femi and Stephanie Vaquer are the main favorites to appear on the cover of WWE 2K27.
According to Sports Gamers Online, the reveal is expected to take place in the last week of January 2027.
The new timeframe is a more specific update in relation to what was previously disclosed by WWE and 2K, which had planned the announcement only for the beginning of 2027. The companies also established that the winner will appear on the cover of one of the editions of the game, without specifying whether it will be the standard version.
The voting among Club WWE subscribers took place between Sept. 11 and Monday. Each participant was entitled to one vote, being able to choose from eight candidates.
Despite Penta, Femi and Vaquer appearing ahead of the other names, Sports Gamers Online’s sources were unable to point to a single favorite among the three.
The result also represents a change in relation to the latest editions of the franchise, which had Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns and CM Punk as the stars of their respective main covers, without a fan vote.
