WWE could be facing a real problem with SummerSlam 2026, set for August 1-2 at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
According to the latest numbers released by WrestleTix, the first night of the event has around 22,069 tickets distributed, while the second night has reached 23,809.
The situation stands out mainly because of the size of the venue. U.S. Bank Stadium has a regular capacity of more than 66,000 and can hold between 60,000 and 70,000 fans in a pro-wrestling setup. When tickets first went on sale, though, WWE only made part of the seating available.
This year's #SummerSlam is headed toward being a disaster!

At a stadium that seats 70,000, WWE has only sold:
Night 1: 22,069 tickets
Night 2: 23,809 tickets

In other words, even accounting for a reduced setup, thousands of seats remain available with just over three weeks to go before SummerSlam.
WWE is trying to drive up demand by confirming the top matches for each night. On Saturday, Brock Lesnar will face Oba Femi in a Hell in a Cell Match, in what could be the final match of the Beast Incarnate’s career. On Sunday, Roman Reigns will defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Seth Rollins.
On top of that, CM Punk recently captured the Undisputed WWE Championship and is reportedly expected to face Cody Rhodes at the event. Liv Morgan vs. IYO SKY for the Women’s World Championship is also confirmed, though it hasn’t been set for a specific night yet.
