WWE Teases Major Future Match for Roman Reigns After Money in the Bank

Oba Femi once again called out Roman Reigns following WWE Money in the Bank, which took place Saturday night, October 10, at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.

On the official Money in the Bank post-show, Big E asked Femi who he wanted to face next. Fans immediately broke into OTC chants, prompting Femi to send a message to the reigning World Heavyweight Champion.

“Tribal Chief. No more running. It’s about that time.”

Femi is coming off a big win over Bronson Reed at Money in the Bank, where he fought through repeated interference from The Vision. Even after taking two shots with brass knuckles and a Tsunami, Femi recovered and picked up the win with the Fall From Grace.

Reigns also came out on top at the show, beating LA Knight to retain the World Heavyweight Championship.

Femi called out Reigns back in April, right after defeating Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 42. Reigns responded at the time, telling Femi to prove himself over the following months.

WWE has not made a match between Femi and Reigns official, but the possibility of the two meeting for the World Heavyweight Championship is gaining momentum after Saturday’s events.
