Sami Zayn is expected to have another prominent role on RAW a few days before he defends the Undisputed WWE Championship against Trick Williams on SmackDown.
According to Viper Reports, Zayn is currently listed to open Monday’s Raw at the Save Mart Center in Fresno, California.
It’s the second straight week that Zayn has been lined up to open RAW. As previously reported, he opened the October 19 episode of RAW with Roman Reigns.
During the segment, the two argued in the ring. Reigns questioned Zayn’s place in WWE, while Zayn took issue with how he was being treated.

Zayn and Reigns will face each other at Crown Jewel on November 7 for the Men’s Crown Jewel Championship.
Zayn also opened last week’s SmackDown, where he confronted Williams. Later in the show, both were part of a six-man tag team match that Williams won with Penta and Rey Fenix.
Before Crown Jewel, Zayn will put the Undisputed WWE title on the line against Williams on Friday’s SmackDown in Charleston, West Virginia.
