Emergency crews arrived at the scene to give him first aid. TMZ also published photos and a video that show medical personnel gathered around Flair as they treated him. He was loaded into an ambulance and taken to the hospital.
The fall came a few hours after Flair revealed another health issue. In a post on X, he announced he had to cancel his appearance at Washington State Horror Con because of a blood clot in his leg.
Flair said his doctors limited his travel to three or four hours, which ruled out his trip to Seattle.
He also said he is expected to undergo a procedure to remove the affected vein. According to Flair, his doctors expect the treatment to allow him to take longer trips again.
