This week’s AEW Dynamite drew one of the show’s largest audiences in recent years for a special episode honoring PAC.
According to Wrestlenomics, the September 30 episode drew 899,000 viewers on TBS and a 0.22 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. Those numbers do not include HBO Max viewership.
A week earlier, Dynamite drew 641,000 viewers and a 0.10 in the demo. Viewership for the special was up about 40% from that episode, and the demo rating more than doubled.
The 899,000 total was Dynamite’s highest since October 18, 2023, when the show drew 901,000 viewers. The 0.22 rating in the demo matched Dynamite’s number from the November 13, 2024, episode.
Dynamite also ranked second for the night on cable in the demo.
Held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the episode was dedicated entirely to Benjamin Satterley, who wrestled as PAC and died on September 27 at 40. The broadcast featured several tributes and closed with Bryan Danielson making his in-ring return alongside the Death Riders in the main event.
