
AEW has announced that Winter Is Coming 2026 will be held December 9 at Arena Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico. It will be the company’s first event in the city.
The special will feature two shows on the same night. Dynamite will air live in the United States on TBS and HBO Max, while Collision will be taped to air Saturday, December 12, on TNT and HBO Max.
Tickets will go on sale to the general public next Friday, October 16, with a presale starting Tuesday, October 13. No matches have been officially announced for the event so far.

AEW has, however, already released the promotional poster for Winter Is Coming. Among those featured on it are Andrade El Idolo, Bandido, Thunder Rosa, Persephone, and The New Level, the tag team of Austin Creed and Kofi.
This will be the third time AEW has held an event in Mexico. The first two were Grand Slam Mexico events in June 2025 and August 2026, both held at the historic Arena Mexico in Mexico City.
Winter Is Coming will take place during the Continental Classic, which begins November 18. The tournament final is set for Worlds End on December 19 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
