Alexa Bliss revealed that one of the conditions she set for returning to WWE in 2025 after two years away was being able to bring her daughter, Hendrix, to the company’s shows.

Appearing on Brandi Rhodes’ A Shot of Brandi, Bliss said she made sure the requirement was written into her contract. During the negotiations, Hendrix was just over a year old, and Bliss wasn’t willing to spend several days a week away from her.

“I worked it into my contract that she travels with me,” Bliss said. “I need to be able to bring my daughter along, that’s non-negotiable.”

Bliss said her husband, Ryan Cabrera, also spends much of his time on the road. Cabrera has been performing on weekends for about 10 years. Because of that, Bliss decided Hendrix needed to be with at least one of her parents and took on that responsibility.

Bringing Hendrix along has also made travel harder. Bliss used to bring just two bags, but she now has to carry as many as 10 items, including a stroller, a car seat, and other gear her daughter needs.

Bliss said there was an exception during a WWE tour of the United Kingdom. Flights for that trip cost about $30,000, so Hendrix stayed home.

In an interview with TMZ Sports in May 2025, Bliss had already praised WWE for letting her daughter travel with her. At the time, she said Hendrix had her own space backstage, but she did not mention that the arrangement was part of her contract.

Wrestling Noticias previously reported that Bliss signed a five-year deal with WWE in February 2025, shortly before her return at the Royal Rumble.
